Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because we operate through a drop shipping model with global suppliers, return and refund eligibility may vary by product. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure fair resolutions, but certain restrictions apply.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

2.1 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Significantly different from the description

  • Incorrect (wrong size/color/product)

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with our supplier to issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

2.2 Change of Mind or Size Issues

Because our products are shipped from third-party suppliers, we typically do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Disliking the item

  • Accidental orders

However, we may offer partial refunds, store credit, or alternative resolutions on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions, the following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior authorization

4. Refund Process

If your return/refund request is approved:

4.1 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/debit cards processed through PayPal

4.2 Refund Timeline

Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or PayPal.

4.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items with minor defects

  • Returned items not in original condition

  • Orders missing components

These decisions are made at Monarch Mens discretion.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders are already in processing with suppliers and cannot be canceled.

If the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Monarch Mens is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

We will assist customers in contacting the carrier and gathering information, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Refunds for stolen packages

  • Free replacements for lost items

​

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with suppliers to find a resolution.

​

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again

  2. Contact your payment provider (some refunds take extra time)

  3. Contact us if more than 10 business days have passed since approval

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.
If you need a different size or color for other reasons, please contact us—we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis, but supplier limitations may apply.

9. Return Shipping Costs

In most cases:

  • We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all other situations (subject to approval)

Unauthorized returns sent to warehouse addresses will not be accepted.

10. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a request:

  3. Describe the issue

  4. Attach photos (item, packaging, damage, etc.)

Our team will review your request and respond with instructions.
